This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Serve as the primary support contact, addressing requests from customers and internal users through chat, email, and occasionally by phone in English;
• Offer expert consultations regarding our range of products and services, including Cloud, CDN, Hosting, AI, and others;
• Troubleshoot technical issues by performing diagnostics and gathering information on customer and user incidents, escalating to higher levels of technical support when necessary.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Support
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute)
• Proficient in hardware and software diagnostics (including log analysis, etc.)
• English proficiency at level B2 or above
• Exceptional customer advocacy and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Quick learner who is organized and a collaborative team player
• Responsible, courteous, and optimistic with strong communication abilities
• Capable of simplifying complex concepts for easy understanding
• Experience in prioritizing tasks effectively
• Preferred: Familiarity with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting services
• Experience with Linux and API integration
