This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Addressing various support issues received through the ticketing system, chat, or phone;
• Overseeing issue tickets via Jira and collaborating with the Development and QA teams to resolve these matters promptly;
• Assisting customers by providing useful information, addressing inquiries, and responding to complaints;
• Acting as the primary support contact for clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction with products, services, and features;
• Handling a significant volume of incoming inquiries;
• Identifying and evaluating customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction;
• Cultivating sustainable relationships built on trust through open and engaging communication;
• Achieving personal and team objectives;
• Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies;
• Going above and beyond to engage customers.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Support Specialist role, ideally in a billing capacity.
• Familiarity with handling tickets, calls, and chats.
• Background in retention or sales is an advantage.
• Strong customer service abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others.
• Proficiency in English, with exceptional grammar and writing skills.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate the US market.
• Preferred: BA degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
