This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Address inquiries submitted through the ticketing system promptly and professionally.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues while escalating cases as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal quality standards.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams, including compliance, technical, and operations.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of internal documentation and knowledge base resources.
• Offer support for Tether’s events and projects as needed.
• Maintain a high level of written communication, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Basic knowledge of blockchain technology and digital assets.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Availability to work a 40-hour schedule that includes one weekend day.
