• Offering insights and collaborating with the Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure an outstanding experience for our customers.
• Outstanding proficiency in both spoken and written English.
• A results-oriented mindset, prioritizing customer satisfaction alongside strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• An assertive team player who can independently manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Quick to learn, with a tech-savvy approach, and comfortable navigating digital tools.
• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles is a considerable advantage.
• Previous experience in ecommerce/B2B environments is a plus.
