• Collaborate on Treatment Plans: Work closely with physicians in real-time to assess and enhance case designs, ensuring the best aesthetic and functional outcomes for patients.
• Provide Live Clinical Support: Engage directly with clinicians through phone, chat, and video to resolve issues, clarify workflows, and deliver prompt and compassionate customer service.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as a bridge between physicians and Dandy lab teams, converting clinical feedback into production results.
• 3+ years of experience in a Dental Technician position
• Over 2 years of expertise in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, specifically with Implant and Crown & Bridge cases
• Comprehensive understanding of digital dental workflows, including implant systems, scan bodies, and optimal design practices
• Technologically proficient with the capability to quickly learn and navigate dental design platforms
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clinicians, provide empathetic assistance, and handle complex issues with professionalism and care
• Previous experience in a customer-facing lab role is preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to convert clinical and technical feedback into practical insights
• Comfortable engaging in live conversations with doctors via chat, phone, or video calls
• Strong independent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple intricate discussions simultaneously
• Eager to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving fully-digital lab environment
• Ability to meet stringent deadlines while upholding outstanding quality standards across all cases
