This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Provide users with consultations on training, behavior, and care for dogs via chat and email;
• Deliver personalized and prompt service to address our users' inquiries;
• Advise clients about the features of our product, encouraging them to utilize content on the platform;
• Collect customer feedback to enhance our products and services.
• Upper Intermediate English level (B2+);
• Veterinary education, experience with animals, and understanding of their behavior and psychology. Relevant certifications will be an advantage;
• Deep understanding of customer needs and a desire to help them achieve their goals;
• Strong empathy and the ability to communicate effectively with clients;
• Flexibility to work on a shift schedule (including night shifts - up to 6 nights a month);
• Typing speed in English of at least 30-40 words per minute;
• Advanced computer skills and software proficiency;
• Interest in dog behavior fundamentals and training methods. Love for animals;
• Preferred, but not essential: Experience in customer support, sales, customer retention, or general customer service;
• Knowledge and experience with CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or others);
• Ability to adapt to constructive feedback and to provide such feedback.
