This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Act as the main point of contact for Red Hat enterprise clients worldwide, particularly Korean customers, addressing inquiries via phone and email concerning products and services.
• Oversee initial customer interactions and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
• Conduct diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of customer issues, escalating complex matters when required.
• Thoroughly investigate customer issues and contribute to the team's knowledge base by documenting solutions and creating new knowledge articles.
• Collaborate effectively as a remote team member, upholding a customer-first attitude.
• Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve the customer experience.
• Native-level proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Customer Service environment.
• A degree in IT or experience in the IT sector is advantageous.
• Outstanding customer service abilities, including experience in managing multiple priorities in a client-facing role.
• A keen interest in problem-solving and investigation, along with the capacity to critically analyze complex issues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work under pressure.
• Some familiarity with Linux is a bonus, though not mandatory.
