This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Processing and categorizing incoming support requests
• Quickly, clearly, and effectively responding to customer inquiries with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Analyzing and resolving issues, and escalating them when necessary
• Gradual onboarding to our tool for independently managing more complex inquiries
• Assisting the Customer Success team, particularly during the onboarding of new clients
• Identifying recurring problems and contributing to enhancements of our tool and Help Center
• Ensuring that our clients receive maximum value from our tool
• Proficient in both German and English, with strong written and spoken skills (additional languages are advantageous)
• Strong focus on customer service and support
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and enjoyment of diverse tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Basic familiarity with technology-driven environments
• Bonus: Experience in hospitality or within a software/SaaS setting (not mandatory)
• A positive, appreciative, and dynamic startup atmosphere
