Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Assist users in configuring WordPress themes

• Respond to inquiries regarding installation and customization

• Diagnose bugs and issues, and compile bug reports

• Create and update documentation and user manuals

• Test theme functionalities with new releases and plugins

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong written communication abilities

• Proficiency in HTML & CSS

• Familiarity with tools such as Chrome Dev Tools

• Over 2 years of experience with WordPress

• Knowledge of WordPress themes and basic PHP

• Effective problem-solving capabilities

• Capability to set up WordPress on your local machine

• Self-driven and eager to learn and develop

• Prior experience in support (Bonus)

• Knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery (Bonus)

• Experience with Elementor Page Builder (Bonus)

• Ability to create custom WordPress themes from scratch (Bonus)

• Experience in WordPress plugin development (Bonus)
