This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage customer inquiries through ticketing systems in a systematic, dependable, and prompt manner
• Assist users in comprehending and effectively utilizing our software within their daily tasks
• Evaluate and resolve product-related concerns, escalating complex issues as needed
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers in German, ensuring an exceptional support experience
• Aid in the development and upkeep of help center articles, guides, and support documentation
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to report bugs and relay customer feedback
• Continuously pinpoint recurring issues and contribute to enhancing support processes and product usability
• Experience in customer support or a role involving direct customer interaction, preferably in a SaaS or tech setting
• Strong analytical skills and a genuine desire to assist users
• Fluent or native German with excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• Ability to quickly grasp complex systems and articulate them in a clear, organized manner
• Independent, trustworthy, and well-organized work habits
• Preferred: background in business, real estate, or basic accounting knowledge
