This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Provide outstanding support experiences to employees and HR leaders from our key clients.

• Offer daily assistance to Humand customers, primarily in Brazil and other international markets.

• Efficiently identify and resolve issues while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with HR leaders to guide them through platform-related inquiries and best practices.

• Educate and train customers to maximize their use of Humand for optimal value.

• Monitor, document, and follow up on customer inquiries while gathering feedback for the Product team.

• Comprehend customer challenges and proactively recommend innovative solutions to enhance their internal processes.

• Work collaboratively across departments, including Product and Customer Success, to ensure customer satisfaction.

• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Experience, or a related customer-facing role.

• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (mandatory).

• Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM (Brazil time).

• A keen interest in AI tools and how they can enhance productivity and customer experience.

• Basic understanding of web technologies or comfort with technical concepts.

• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.

• Capability to handle multiple customers and competing priorities at once.
