This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Provide world-class support to the employees of our most important clients.

• Conduct daily support for Humand across various clients in Latin America.

• Identify issues and assist in resolving them quickly and warmly.

• Reach out to HR leaders from different companies, offering them support and training to address their concerns.

• Train our clients and educate them on the use of our platform.

• Prepare reports and track their issues, gathering feedback for our Product team.

• Understand customer challenges to help them enhance their processes with innovative ideas.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Customer Experience (mandatory).

• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).

• Availability to work from 12 PM to 9 PM ARG (mandatory).

• Knowledge and curiosity about the use of AI tools.

• Basic knowledge of web development or comfort with programming tools.

• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating empathy and friendliness.

• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with agility.

• Creativity to conceive intelligent solutions: going beyond typical use cases to find "hacks" and "workarounds" for obstacles.

• Adaptability to the constantly evolving environment of a rapidly growing startup.

• Ability to prioritize and organize your time as well as that of the clients.
