This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer inquiries through Marsupial Papers' website and email, as well as platforms like Etsy and Nexcards.

• Address quote requests, product inquiries, timeline questions, and updates on order status.

• Deliver a high-quality, personalized customer experience specifically for wedding clients.

• Update and maintain product listings on Etsy and the company website.

• Aid in order coordination and general upkeep of the storefront.

• Manage invoicing tasks, including the creation, dispatch, and tracking of invoices.

• Share content related to company papers on Instagram.

• Assist in writing captions and scheduling content (details to be finalized during onboarding).

• Support outreach initiatives directed at wedding planners in targeted regions, such as Washington DC and Houston.

• Carry out small operational projects as required.

• Aid in cold outreach efforts to wedding planners using established outreach playbooks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written English skills with a warm and professional tone.

• Strong customer service orientation characterized by patience and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Etsy.

• Familiarity with Instagram posting, caption crafting, and scheduling tools.

• Comfortable managing invoicing procedures.

• Highly self-motivated with the capability to work independently.

• Strong judgment skills and the ability to navigate nuanced customer scenarios.

• Background in weddings, events, hospitality, or other high-touch service industries.

• Experience in stationery, print-on-demand, or design-related fields.

• Basic design sensibility and brand awareness.

• Familiarity with Pinterest as a marketing or sales channel.

• Experience in cold outreach or lead generation.
