Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Handle member requests (tickets)

• Identify suitable doctors, clinics, and healthcare facilities

• Assist members through telephone and chat interactions

• Work collaboratively with leadership and staff to develop support strategies

• Deliver an exceptional experience and care to HealthJoy’s American clientele

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the English language (Upper-Intermediate+ level)

• Outstanding communication skills

• High degree of empathy

• Strong critical thinking abilities

• Solid sense of accountability

• Capability to adapt to frequent changes

• Ability to perform effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Office Suite and Google Programs

• Experience in the Customer Support/Service industry is a plus
