This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address user inquiries promptly and accurately through live chat and email.
• Follow up with users and leads who have not responded to ensure their questions are addressed.
• Identify user needs proactively and assist customers in implementing specific features.
• Analyze product issues by testing various scenarios or mimicking user interactions, and report findings.
• Collect user feedback, feature requests, and workarounds while suggesting improvements proactively.
• Exhibit empathy and strong problem-solving skills, even while managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Live Chat Support Specialist in the technology sector.
• At least 2 years of experience working remotely.
• Proficient in managing multiple incoming chat requests at the same time.
• High adaptability and a positive mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with help desk software and remote tools (e.g., Intercom, Slack, Notion).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Candidates must provide their own computer and have a stable internet connection (a second monitor is recommended).
