This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg.
• Serve as the initial point of contact, addressing requests from customers and internal users through chat, email, and occasionally by phone in English.
• Offer guidance regarding our range of products and services, including Cloud, CDN, Hosting, AI, and more.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by performing diagnostics and gathering information on customer and user incidents, escalating to higher levels of technical support when necessary.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Technical Support.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute).
• Proficient in hardware and software diagnostics (including log reading, etc.).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Exceptional customer advocacy skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving.
• Quick learner, well-organized, and a collaborative team member.
• Responsible, courteous, and optimistic with excellent communication skills.
• Capable of simplifying complex concepts for better understanding.
• Skilled in task prioritization.
• Preferred: Experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Linux and API.
