This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Provide timely and effective support to our customers.
• Inquiries may include informing clients about available deposit options, guiding customers through current promotions, advising on bet settlements, clarifying internal regulations, and more.
• Address technical challenges and assist clients through troubleshooting processes, prioritizing customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
• Use your enthusiasm for iGaming and eSports, even if you're new to the industry, to offer knowledgeable and helpful support to clients.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team in a remote setting to ensure effective communication and coordination, contributing to a positive team culture.
• Show the ability to work independently and make well-informed decisions to meet client needs and concerns.
• Previous experience in customer service (experience in iGaming is a bonus).
• Tech-savvy, with a passion for customer service and the ability to swiftly adapt to new tools and software.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency in Turkish, French, Spanish, or Japanese is an added advantage).
• Ability to work collaboratively with a remote team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
• Capable of working independently and making sound decisions to meet customer needs.
• Flexibility: Willingness to learn and work varying shifts in a 24/7 support team.
