This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Provide assistance for Fluke Reliability software applications to end users in both Microsoft and web-based settings.
β’ Respond to incoming customer support inquiries via phone calls, email, and chat.
β’ Identify and communicate precise solutions to issues reported by users while utilizing Fluke Reliability products through analytical skills and effective troubleshooting.
β’ Collaborate within a strong team environment to deliver exceptional support to customers across diverse industries.
β’ Manage multiple tasks during calls to investigate technical issues while engaging with the customer and accurately documenting the problem.
β’ Show a commitment to assisting others with specific technical challenges and possess an understanding of the support process from the customer's perspective.
β’ A B.A. or B.S. degree is preferred.
β’ Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information both in writing and verbally.
β’ A robust work ethic and the ability to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
β’ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with outstanding organizational skills.
β’ Experience in customer service is advantageous.
β’ Knowledge of databases is a plus.
