Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge and assist with Fluke Reliability software products in both Microsoft and web-based settings.

• Offer prompt, high-quality assistance to customers, partners, and internal teams through phone, email, chat, and web conferencing.

• Diagnose and resolve issues reported by customers using analytical reasoning and structured problem-solving techniques.

• Accurately document issues, findings, and resolutions to facilitate proper follow-up and knowledge sharing.

• Handle multiple tasks during live interactions, including researching solutions while clearly communicating with customers.

• Work closely with colleagues to provide a consistent, customer-focused support experience.

• Approach each interaction with empathy, viewing the support experience from the customer’s viewpoint.

• Capability to articulate technical information clearly, both verbally and in writing, in English.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Interest in or aptitude for mechanical and technical systems.

• Prior experience in customer service or technical support roles.

• Familiarity with databases or software applications.
