This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Managing inquiries from business clients and resolving their issues in real-time
• Monitoring recurring problems and reporting them with recommendations
• Updating the knowledge base and suggesting process improvements
• Collaborating with internal departments on more complex matters
• You have at least one year of experience in B2B customer support
• You can conduct professional communication with various stakeholders on the client side
• You independently prioritize your tasks and act proactively
• An English proficiency level of B2+ is not an issue for you
• Fully remote work, with options for B2B contracts, employment contracts, or commission agreements
