This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +27 more states.
• Investigate and resolve incoming customer inquiries related to DMS products and services.
• Assist customers in navigating the website and troubleshoot any technical difficulties.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and solution-focused support during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and sales teams to address post-sales customer requirements.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
• Accurately and consistently log calls, cases, and support requests.
• Keep customer records organized and adhere to established support procedures.
• Identify recurring customer issues and relay trends to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency.
• A minimum of 2 years of inbound customer support experience.
• An Associate’s degree or higher is required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of effective time management and working independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is also preferred.
