This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and precise assistance to customers via chat and email.
• Resolve inquiries related to product questions, account issues, payments, and general concerns.
• Adhere to internal protocols to guarantee compliance, safety, and customer protection.
• Participate in rotating shifts, including occasional weekends, to cater to our European clientele.
• Serve as the customer’s voice within the organization, contributing to future enhancements.
• Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including some weekends and evenings.
• Inquisitive, driven, and eager to learn about fintech, payments, and cryptocurrency.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous.
• Must be eligible to work as a Freelancer (12-month services contract).
