This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Assist customers who speak French through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Deliver prompt and precise solutions while maintaining a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
• Aid customers in resolving issues related to services or their accounts.
• Update and manage data in internal systems effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Proficient in French (C2 or native) and English (minimum B2 level).
• Prior experience in customer support is essential.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Monthly performance-based bonus of up to 10%.
• Annual payment of 13th and 14th month salary.
• Legal supplements for night hours (22:00–06:00): +25% on base hourly wage.
• Sundays and public holidays (if included in schedule): +75% on base hourly wage.
