Customer Support & Sales Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of registration and remediation work orders, promptly and professionally addressing inbound email inquiries from business clients, while monitoring ongoing support requests.

• Generate and escalate technical support tickets that require analysis from engineering or developers, ensuring precise tracking and follow-up until the issues are resolved.

• Interact with potential corporate clients within the sales pipeline, accurately maintain records in the CRM system, and assist in tracking and reporting lead opportunities.

• Record internal operational procedures, take notes during meetings, distribute action items, and keep organized data records across various systems.

• Offer light project management assistance by tracking tasks, overseeing operational timelines, and coordinating follow-ups among sales, support, and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in customer support, operations coordination, sales administration, project coordination, or a related administrative position.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage competing priorities.

• A stable high-speed internet connection, a dependable personal computer or laptop, a quality headset and webcam, and a dedicated, professional workspace.

• Preferred: Previous experience in SaaS, telecommunications, cloud communications, or technical contact center support environments.

• Experience collaborating with international remote teams that are aligned with North American markets.

• Background in supporting customer success, customer care, or sales operations teams.
