This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Sales assistance: Create slide decks, one-pagers, and follow-up emails prior to sales calls and demonstrations.
• Lead follow-up: Pursue warm leads, reconnect with prospects who have become inactive, and ensure ongoing conversations.
• Client onboarding: Conduct implementation check-ins with signed customers following the founder’s initial onboarding session.
• Client support: Address daily client inquiries.
• CRM & pipeline oversight: Maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Research tasks: Explore product concepts, gather competitive insights, and collect prospect information on an as-needed basis.
• Collateral upkeep: Manage and refresh case studies, testimonials, and sales materials as the library expands.
• Miscellaneous tasks: As a startup, expect that no two days will be alike.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing position within a SaaS or technology firm.
• Exceptional written English skills.
• Proactive and driven individual.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Dependable and attentive to detail.
• Availability from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM UK time, Monday through Friday.
