This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Provide real-time assistance to clients worldwide through chat, phone, and email.
• Oversee email replies, client account setups/updates, record management, and back-office inquiries.
• Exhibit exceptional phone manners and resolve issues across various departments.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for trading platforms.
• Address inquiries with professionalism, maintain high service standards, and thoroughly promote products/services.
• Cultivate strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Contribute to team objectives by achieving performance targets and reporting to management.
• Native or fully fluent in Thai (both spoken and written); English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Demonstrated experience with FX brokers is essential.
• Previous roles in customer support are highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to excel in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
