This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Handle incoming calls from restaurants to assist them in resolving their ordering and delivery issues while providing effective solutions.
• Recognize opportunities for account expansion, including cross-selling capabilities and generating additional revenue where applicable.
• Reach out to newly registered restaurants that have expressed interest in a high daily volume. Follow a structured approach (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to qualify, persuade, and onboard them within 10 days.
• Manage written communication channels, which includes reviewing and registering claims.
• Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders across the organization to ensure smooth resolution and effective information flow.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach. Familiarity with high-volume call environments is preferred.
• Proficient in Lithuanian, English, and Polish at the C1 level.
• Excellent phone presence, persuasive communication skills, and proficiency in handling objections.
• Comfortable with multi-attempt outbound cadences and driven by targets.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk).
• Results-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple leads/accounts simultaneously.
• A basic understanding of the needs within the restaurant industry is an advantage.
