This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wyoming.
• Manage incoming communications for leading brands, assisting clients with inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product assistance.
• Utilize guided systems and resources to provide exceptional customer support while ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Applicants should be U.S. residents (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI).
• Ability to adhere to detailed processes and achieve performance benchmarks.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities are essential.
• Must be comfortable with navigating computer applications and web-based tools.
• Capability to work independently while being accountable for scheduling.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments is an advantage.
