This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee and address customer inquiries using live chat and ticketing systems;
• Provide an exceptional customer experience tailored for the Spanish-speaking audience;
• Serve as a liaison between customer requirements and technical solutions;
• Investigate and resolve intricate issues to offer conclusive solutions;
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to pinpoint trends and enhance service workflows;
• Uphold high standards of quality by following internal support protocols;
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume digital setting;
• Employ bilingual communication skills to document cases and support global colleagues.
• Proficiency in Spanish with the capability to communicate with nuance and empathy;
• Intermediate English skills, particularly for internal written correspondence;
• Ability to clarify vague customer inquiries;
• Experience with digital support tools (Live Chat and Email) is highly preferred.
