This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.
• Provide advice to clients during calls in the Italian language.
• Engage with partners regarding ongoing cases and supply updates.
• Effectively utilize CRM systems and internal databases.
• Client Advisory: Handle calls and offer initial guidance to B2B partners in Italian.
• Communication: Liaise with partners concerning ongoing cases, deliver regular progress updates, and assist other operational teams with communications in Italian.
• System Proficiency: Efficiently leverage CRM systems and our internal databases.
• English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level, both spoken and written.
• Italian Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level, both spoken and written.
• Soft Skills: Demonstrate kindness, empathy, resilience under stress, politeness, and a sense of responsibility.
• Quick Learner: Possess the ability to learn rapidly and maintain a focus on results.
• Technical Requirements: Have access to a working computer and microphone.
