This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers in choosing products that align with their needs, preferences, and budgetary limits.
• Offer detailed product information, usage instructions, and clarification regarding orders.
• Clearly communicate delivery timelines, order updates, and next steps in an organized manner.
• Follow up on post-sale inquiries (such as warranty claims and missing parts) and monitor them until resolved.
• Escalate atypical cases to internal teams and ensure they are tracked to completion.
• Proficient in German at a C2 level (both written and verbal).
• Proficient in English at a C1 level (both written and verbal).
• Freelance B2B arrangement necessary: invoicing through your own freelancer or company structure.
• Availability for rotating shifts between 08:00–24:00 German time (CET).
• Previous experience in customer service is essential.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment with dependable task ownership.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• Valid work authorization as a self-employed contractor from a European nation (EU passport, EU ID card, or valid work permit).
• Freelance B2B contract available (remote work within Europe).
• Initial training will be provided.
• Ongoing operational support from internal teams.
