This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Manage incoming calls from restaurants to assist in resolving ordering and delivery challenges while providing effective solutions.
• Recognize opportunities for account expansion, including cross-selling and generating additional revenue when suitable.
• Reach out to newly registered restaurants that have shown interest in high daily volume, following a structured approach (calls, emails, WhatsApp) to qualify, convert, and onboard them within 10 days.
• Oversee written communication channels, which includes reviewing and documenting claims.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless resolution and flow of information.
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer outreach, preferably in high-volume call settings.
• Proficient in Lithuanian, English, and German (C1 level).
• Strong phone presence, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle objections.
• Comfortable implementing multi-attempt outbound cadences and thriving in a target-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zendesk.
• Results-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple leads/accounts concurrently.
• Basic knowledge of the restaurant industry's needs is advantageous.
