Customer Support Representative – Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conducting telephone outreach to potential clients for 24-hour care services.

• Assessing client needs, engaging in trust-building dialogues, and concentrating on achieving closures.

• Keeping accurate records of all conversations.

• Available working hours during weekdays are from 12:00–15:00 and 18:00–19:00.
