This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Address customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems, delivering prompt and professional support.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues related to LeafLink’s financial products, retail operations software, inventory management tools, and platform functionality.
• Provide guidance to customers on product features, best practices, and workflows to enhance the value of LeafLink’s solutions.
• Carefully record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within CRM and support platforms to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Account Management, Product, and Operations, to escalate issues and guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Support customers with onboarding, account setup, payment inquiries, and navigation of LeafLink’s platform and fintech tools.
• Recognize recurring customer issues and relay feedback to internal teams to facilitate improvements in products, processes, and customer experience.
• Consistently achieve or surpass support KPIs, such as response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction, and ticket handling objectives.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support, customer service, or client-facing roles, ideally within SaaS, fintech, or cannabis-related sectors.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the capability to manage customer interactions in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Familiarity with CRM and support tools, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms, is highly advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to swiftly learn and articulate LeafLink’s product offerings and platform functionality.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple customer inquiries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-driven team player with a customer-first approach and a passion for providing exceptional support.
• Experience in supporting banking or financial services products for cannabis businesses is a plus.
• Competitive compensation ranging from $800 to $900 per month, based on experience level.
