This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through various communication channels.
• Investigate and determine effective solutions to address customer issues or concerns.
• Act as the initial point of contact for business partners or clients, assisting with inquiries related to products, services, or account management.
• Deliver accurate and comprehensive information utilizing the appropriate tools, systems, and procedures.
• Uphold a high standard of customer service and contribute to a positive experience for customers or partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
• Fluent/native in Croatian with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively apply product or service knowledge.
• Proficient with computers and customer service tools.
• Must be eligible to work in Greece.
