This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Assist clients via phone and email correspondence
• Conduct basic troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Ensure precise data entry
• Examine incoming data and confirm proper formatting
• Relay updates to clients with all pertinent information
• Follow up on active cases at least once each day
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities
• Outstanding analytical and organizational capabilities
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and self-driven personality
• High degree of tact, diplomacy, and negotiation skills essential
• Paid overtime on Saturdays
• Strong emphasis on exceptional customer experience
