This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Oversee and resolve customer inquiries via live chat and ticketing systems;
• Provide an exceptional customer experience tailored for the Spanish-speaking market;
• Serve as a liaison between customer requirements and technical solutions;
• Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues to offer definitive resolutions;
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify trends and enhance service workflows;
• Uphold high-quality standards by following internal support procedures;
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume digital environment;
• Use bilingual communication to document cases and support global colleagues.
• Proficiency in Spanish with the ability to communicate with nuance and empathy;
• Intermediate proficiency in English, particularly for internal written communications;
• Capability to clarify ambiguous customer requests;
• Experience with digital support tools (Live Chat and Email) is highly beneficial.
