This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Conduct outbound calls to current customers to encourage repeat business
β’ Respond to customer inquiries
β’ Collaborate closely with the Contact Centre Team to execute project initiatives
β’ Ensure adherence to proper processes and meet task deadlines
β’ Effectively manage customer information using internal data systems
β’ Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to ongoing changes
β’ Clearly convey customer details to Franchisees
β’ At least 2 years of experience in a call centre environment
β’ Sales experience is considered an asset
β’ Possesses strong computer literacy skills
β’ Exhibits good organizational and time management abilities
β’ Thrives in a fast-paced setting
β’ Performs well under pressure
β’ Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an asset (not mandatory)
