This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Accountable for delivering order management services to clients.
• Assisting clients with order quoting, order processing, order fulfillment, order review, order entry, order dispatch and support, as well as order payment, among other tasks.
• Guarantees the prompt release of orders and adherence to pre-defined standards and policies to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversees and addresses order issues and processing errors.
• May also formulate support delivery strategies and related processes, escalation protocols, and training initiatives.
• Acts as a liaison between customers and technical support, product development, sales, and field service to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing support delivery, reducing costs, and adding value for the customer/client.
• Generally requires a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Fundamental understanding of job processes and tools acquired through work experience.
• Capability to convey information that necessitates some explanation or interpretation.
• Collaborates with the Manager and works alongside other specialized team members.
• Resolves problems while being able to foresee additional needs or requests.
• Expands knowledge and skills through training and practical experience.
