This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Manages incoming customer calls, offering product and service information while resolving issues.
• Handles a high volume of incoming calls in accordance with Fullbay's communication protocols and policies.
• Generates leads for sales opportunities.
• Engages with customers to identify and assess their needs effectively.
• Cultivates lasting relationships and trust with customer accounts through effective communication.
• Maintains exceptional service standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Delivers accurate information utilizing the appropriate resources, methods, and tools.
• Meets expectations to achieve sales goals and call handling quotas.
• Addresses customer feedback and complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives.
• Records customer interactions and manages customer accounts efficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant customer support experience, preferably as a Client Service Representative or in a similar role.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and practical application.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong skills in handling phone interactions and active listening.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation abilities.
• Customer-focused with the capability to adapt and respond to various personality types.
• Aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, showcasing patience, empathy, and a strong capacity for effective communication.
