This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Address product inquiries through phone, email, and various online platforms
• Provide support for after-hours customer inquiries as necessary
• Deliver after-sales assistance and resolve customer issues
• Aid customers with product inquiries and offer recommendations
• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders
• Oversee order tracking and furnish shipment updates
• Organize delivery schedules and manage customer communication
• Assist in resolving issues related to orders, returns, and fulfillment
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to delivery
• Handle escalations with professionalism to maintain customer satisfaction
• Contribute to ongoing enhancements in customer service processes
• 2–3 years of experience supporting Australian customers
• Background in customer support, order management, or e-commerce assistance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric approach
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Genuine interest in fitness, weight training, or gym equipment (essential)
• Ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of gym equipment during the interview
• Familiarity with CRM and customer support platforms
• Experience with order management systems
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
