This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee customer support operations and efficiently manage L2 & L3 client escalations.
• Serve as the primary contact for client issues, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns.
• Track customer interactions while ensuring compliance with service standards and SLAs.
• Deliver regular updates and reports to clients concerning the status of issue resolutions.
• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Servicing, or Operations Management.
• Preferred experience in handling L2/L3 escalations and working with international clients.
• Proficient in CRM tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
