This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You provide daily assistance to e-commerce entrepreneurs via phone, email, and Zoom regarding accounting-related matters.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective and friendly communication.
• Recognize recurring issues and enhance our solutions accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with the Onboarding Automation team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Highly self-driven and results-focused (SMART goals).
• Experience with DATEV is essential.
• A keen interest in the digital transformation of the accounting sector.
• A self-sufficient, organized, and process-oriented approach to work.
• Receptive to feedback, comfortable with digital tools, and possess a remote-first mentality.
• Proficient in both German and English.
