This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Provide exceptional customer support to clients who speak Norwegian.
• Aid customers with inquiries related to food delivery, offering prompt solutions and information.
• Keep thorough records of customer interactions within our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve and surpass service level targets.
• Engage in ongoing training to remain informed about service offerings and best practices.
• Native proficiency in Norwegian, both written and spoken, is crucial.
• A minimum English proficiency of B2.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Prior experience in customer support or the food delivery sector is beneficial but not required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive, team-oriented individual with a positive demeanor.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Openness to relocating to Greece, with comprehensive relocation support provided.
