Customer Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Manage customer inquiries and deliver prompt and precise responses through calls, emails, and chats.

• Uphold a high standard of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer issues and finding resolutions.

• Follow a scheduled roster that includes two rotational weeks off and be prepared to work with a camera on throughout the day.

• Work in collaboration with internal teams to escalate and efficiently resolve customer issues.

• Effectively utilize digital tools and chat software to communicate with customers and monitor interactions.

• Assess customer problems and recommend suitable solutions, showcasing a proactive customer service approach.

• Ensure timely resolutions and high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment and manage escalations.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in customer support or related sectors.

• A degree is required, with a preference for candidates who have experience in recruitment, BPO/KPO, Customer Success, call centers, or SaaS-related industries.

• Proficiency in English and Hindi, with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.

• A stable work environment with a reliable Wi-Fi connection (minimum speed of 30 Mbps) and a dedicated work-from-home setup.

• Availability and flexibility to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and extended hours.

• Comfort and familiarity with digital tools such as Excel, CRM systems, ticketing software, chat platforms, Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly.

• Capability to work in a front-line role addressing customer queries for at least 1 year.

• Willingness to commit to the current position for a minimum duration and availability to start within a month.

• Adaptability and flexibility to embrace change.

• Required skills for the role include a typing speed of 30 wpm, fluency in English, and Hindi.
