This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Efficiently managing company communications through chats, emails, and phone calls.
• Identifying and evaluating customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Receiving and addressing inquiries from new leads and clients via phone calls, chat, emails, and portal.
• Providing support to leads and clients within the designated time frame.
• Updating the CRM and maintaining records of all interactions and actions taken.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve inquiries that require additional investigation by sending tasks.
• Following up with clients and scheduling callbacks to guarantee optimal results and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Adherence to standard processes and procedures.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support.
• Background or experience in Forex and the Financial Market is advantageous.
• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English and Portuguese.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong phone contact management skills and active listening abilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
