Customer Support Executive – English, German, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Assist guests in discovering, booking, and planning their ideal trip by providing expert advice and recommendations tailored to their preferences.

• Serve as a bridge between our guests and partners, facilitating smooth communication between both parties.

• Offer essential information to both guests and partners, addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the support process.

• Employ problem-solving skills to tackle complex customer inquiries and deliver effective resolutions to complaints.

• Show meticulous attention to detail to guarantee accuracy in every facet of the order process.

• Build strong relationships with guests and partners, nurturing trust and loyalty.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service is essential.

• Familiarity with scuba diving-related products and services is highly preferred.

• Must possess fluency in English with clear verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in German or French is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to function effectively both independently and within a team.

• Strong interpersonal skills, emphasizing the importance of building positive relationships.

• A positive attitude and a dedication to providing outstanding service.

• Must reside in the APAC (Asia-Pacific) time zone for scheduling purposes; applicants from Amsterdam, Netherlands, or those outside the required time zones should not apply.

• Experience with remote and fully independent work is important.

• Background in the travel industry is advantageous.

• Possession of a diving certificate is a significant plus.
