This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

• Maintain comprehensive records and document your interactions with customers.
• Stay informed about market trends and apply best practices as needed.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve both qualitative and quantitative objectives.
• Maintain an organized workflow in alignment with priorities.
• Proven experience in providing customer support.
• Background as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager, or Assistant Manager.
• Strong understanding of management techniques.
• Proficient in English.
• Familiarity with customer service tools, databases, and software at a practical level.
• Ability to lead and develop strategic initiatives.
• Well-honed client-facing and communication skills.
• Advanced multitasking and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Availability to work from 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
