This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Cultivate and enhance strong customer relationships.
• Deliver specialized technical guidance regarding the maintenance, installation, and servicing of medical devices.
• Engage in the sales process by providing necessary technical assistance.
• Oversee and assist with technical escalations until they are resolved.
• Provide exceptional service through maintenance and repair activities.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing service engineering role within the medical equipment or biomedical sector.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Possession of a full AU driver's license.
• Eligibility to work in Australia.
• Completion of police checks will be necessary during the onboarding process.
