This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Establish and nurture robust, trust-based relationships with clients in your territory to facilitate sustained business growth and advocate for KLA's product offerings.
• Offer on-site installation assistance for clients, encompassing system commissioning, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Provide organized feedback in the specified format to proactively pinpoint product and process enhancements.
• Ensure the prompt and precise completion of all field documentation, including service reports, expenses, and returns.
• Deliver remote installation and technical support to uphold high service standards and customer satisfaction.
• Engage in regular travel within the region and occasional trips to Europe and the UK, with rare international travel to the USA and Asia.
• Assume additional tasks and responsibilities as reasonably needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
• Relevant experience in a customer-facing technical position.
• Proficiency in integrating electrical, mechanical, and control systems within a mechatronic setting.
• Familiarity with 3-phase voltages, PLCs, and operating systems.
• Experience with electronic semiconductor equipment and/or installation experience is advantageous.
• Ability to troubleshoot down to the chassis level would be a notable advantage.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and German.
• Exceptional communication skills and customer engagement abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally to assist clients.
• Capability to work independently or without supervision for extended periods, often in demanding situations.
• A systematic and logical approach to problem-solving.
